OUR MISSION

We connect law students of color with firms who seek to actualize their Diversity, Equity & Inclusion goals.

About Us

OUR WHY

According to a study by the American Bar Association, nearly all people of color are underrepresented in the legal profession. In 2020, only 5% of all lawyers were African American – the same percentage indicated in a study. 10 years earlier – but the U.S. population is 13.4% African American. We partner with firms who want to change this and instead position themselves as a leading law firm for the top aspiring lawyers who are seeking diverse and inclusive work environments.

OUR PROGRAMS

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT & SKILLS TRAINING

Law students and law firms value our programming for its rich networking and mentorship opportunities, targeted roundtable discussions, and robust professional development resources. Our unique approach provides an experiential learning opportunity for law students that supplements law school education with professional development skills training that firms trust.

DIVERSITY, EQUITY AND INCLUSION IN ACTION

True equity means providing different levels of opportunity and support for each person in order to achieve fair outcomes. We provide quality professional development programming that empowers law students at each stage of their journey, from their hiring process and throughout their early careers.
